Are all prices fixed?

Here at Sofaland our main purpose is to provide great value for money sofas. We believe our prices already represent excellent value for money and because of this all prices are fixed

I would like to know the measurements of a particular range

If you have found a range that you like, visit the product page and the sizes are displayed. How do I measure properly? Upholstery can be tricky to deliver so here are a few helpful hints and tips to remember when choosing your furniture. Have you measured the area of the room you want your new furniture to go in? Consider the length, width and depth of the new furniture (detailed on the full range and sizes tab on the product page) Have you checked the height and width of the doorways, hallways and other access points into the room and property? Are there any tight twists and turns between your front door and the room you want your sofa in? How does the size of your new sofa compare to your current sofa? Do you live in an apartment which is only accessible via a lift? Is the lift large enough for the furniture?

What can I do with my old sofa?

If you have an old sofa which needs removing we recommend contacting your local council who may remove it for a small fee. Alternatively you could try the Furniture Re-use Network, search for your local furniture reuse charity at www.frn.org.uk or phone the national donations line on 0117 9543571 to see if a local charity could make use of it. Unfortunately we cannot take your old furniture away with us.

Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?

Please see the product page which displays the sofa colour and lead time on delivery for that colour. If you are still unsure then please call us on 01925 629 979 and we will be happy to give you a live stock update.

Where is my nearest store?

We currently only have the one showroom which is Sofaland, 1 Kerfoot Street, Warrington, WA2 8NU – However we do offer a National delivery service.

I've placed an order, when will my sofa arrive?

At the time of order you will be given an approx date for delivery. Once we have a confirmed delivery date we will call you to give you at least 24 hours notice. Please do not dispose of your old sofas until we have contacted you direct to book your delivery in.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver everywhere. We will provide a delivery quotation for all our customers living in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. For customers living in the Channel Islands or throughout the rest of Europe, please call us direct to discuss your requirements. Please see our delivery policy for more details.

What happens on the day of delivery?

Please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into and that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice. Unfortunately, we are not able to take away your old furniture. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been installed.
