Standard 2 Man Delivery (Within 15 working days from when sofa comes into stock):

Delivery is guaranteed within 15 working days from when the item arrives in stock.

We will contact you within this time scale to give you at least 48 hours notice of the delivery.
If you cannot accept delivery when we contact you then your 15 working days guarantee period will start again from refusal date.
We will provide you with a 2 hour delivery window slot for your convenience so you are not waiting at home all day.
The delivery team have to work within a tight schedule so please ensure there is somebody at home during the window slot to avoid any re-delivery fees.
On the day of delivery please ensure the room and passage way are clear and ready for your new sofas.
If you have requested Sofaland to hold delivery until after a certain date then the 15 working days will start from the date when you can accept the delivery.
You can collect from our Liverpool warehouse free of charge (make sure item is in stock).
For standard houses we can only deliver to a gound floor room, however, for flat / apartment deliveries we can deliver to the 1st floor at no extra cost. There is an extra £10 per floor charge thereafter.
Due to Health & Safety reasons, electric recliners can only be delivered to a ground floor room of your choice.
Goods must be checked and signed for on delivery once happy.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full to the delivery men by either chip and pin or cash on delivery.
If you choose to pay the balance in cash then please ensure you have the correct monies ready as for security reasons our delivery men do not carry cash to give any change.
The delivery team will unpack your sofas and assemble if needed. We will also take away any redundant recyclable sofa packaging.

Express Pallet Doorstep Delivery (Within 3 working days from when sofa comes into stock)

Your sofas will arrive at your doorstep within 3 working days.
The sofas will be on a pallet so it would be the customer’s responsibility to deal with the package at kerbside.
The courier is not insured to help you inside with your sofa so please ensure you have 2 able adults at home to carry the sofas into your house.
A pallet will fit a standard 3 & 2 seater sofa on it but some bulkier items such as recliners may have to be sent over 2 pallets which would incur additional charges.
The sofas will arrive with protective packaging. We would recommend that you do not unwrap the sofas until they are safely into your room of choice.
As we send pallets out via a third party courier service we would require full payment before we can authorise the delivery. We take 25% via card and the balance is paid via bank transfer to:
