Ltd computers that are based in the UK. We collect information about our users
in order to help us continually improve the products and services that we
offer. Sofaland Ltd will always adhere to the UK Data Protection Legislation.

collect personal data as provided to us during the registration or purchase
process, which you agree to supply us as accurate. We do not monitor your use
of the Internet but we do use cookie technology to monitor your use of Sofaland
Ltd. This information is not stored alongside your personal data and will only
be used on an anonymous, aggregated basis. We may from time to time contact
registered users to keep them informed of any new offers which may be of
interest.

Returns Policy
All products are quality checked prior to leaving
our Suppliers’ workshops. They also all have a pre-delivery inspection at our
warehouse prior to distribution. In the unlikely event that you inspect a item that
is damaged please do not sign for or accept delivery. The delivery driver will
notify us immediately. In these circumstances we will contact
you quickly to offer you a 100% refund or a replacement, whichever suits
you best.
You may return the item to us within 7 days from date of delivery. IMPORTANT:
Please note that any item returned must not have been used and must be returned
to our warehouse in the condition they were delivered. If an item is signed for
it is deemed received in good condition. We do not accept "goods received,
unchecked" as it is the receiver’s responsibility to check
the leather sofas / settees / corner sofas etc before signing. Once signed for we will only be liable for manufacturers faults which will be repaired or replaced.
Upon receipt of your item sofas etc will be inspected. Providing the goods are
in perfect re-sellable condition a full 100% refund of the goods will be
issued. The cost of delivery cannot be refunded, the cost to return any item
would be at the purchaser’s expense. In the unlikely event that goods are
delivered damaged the delivery charge is fully refundable or if an exchange
item is chosen there is no re-delivery charge to the customer.
Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to
ensure that item ordered will fit into their property and that delivery
refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries in these circumstances.
Furthermore, a charge will be made for return of leather sofas / settees /
corner sofas etc to our warehouse. If you have opted for a pallet delivery
then if the sofas do not fit into your premises then you will have to return
the sofas back to us.
Sofas supplied by Sofaland.com carry a 12 months manufactures
guarantee from date of purchase to the original purchaser against defects in
components, materials and workmanship. The guarantee excludes damage caused by normal
wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use or care and repairs other than by Sofaland
Ltd or its agents. Sofaland Ltd may repair any guaranteed item at its
discretion. All claims should be made in writing. This guarantee gives no
rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any
claims for consequential losses or damages. This guarantee does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds may be subject to a fee covering any costs
incurred by the Company, such as Administration fees, card fees, etc.
† The 12 month warranty period was brought in 1st May 2010. Any purchase before this date would only hold a 6 month warranty as advertised at that time. The Above terms and any warranties and or guarantees only apply to
furniture purchased for use in the UK mainland.
The Warranty Plus 5 year protection service is sold by Sofaland Ltd on behalf of Multiserve Ltd (www.multiserveathome.com). The contract is between the buyer and Multiserve. All paperwork will be sent via 1st class post within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. To cancel your order simply call us on 0844 736 1445. Refunds will be made within10 working days and will be refunded in the same method payment was made.
Sofaland also reserves the rights to cancel the order at any time without any liability.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or
