We offer 2 delivery options:
Option 1 - Mainland UK Only) - Our professional two men delivery team will bring the
sofa into the ground floor room of your choice, assemble the sofa if needed, and take all the rubbish away - Guaranteed within 15 working days.
Option 2) -
Need you sofas fast? - We also
offer a kerbside pallet delivery option, on certain sofas, which means
we can get your sofas delivered to your door step within 2/3 working days. Call us on 0844 736 1445
for cost and further information before ordering on-line.
Further information option 1:
* Delivery guaranteed within 15 working days.
* We will contact you within this time-scale to give you at least 24
hours notice of the delivery and provide you with a 2 hour delivery
window slot.
*On the day of delivery please ensure the room and passage way are clear and ready for your new sofas.
* Price of delivery may be reduced if you live local (call us for a
quote).
* You can collect from our warehouse free of charge (make sure item is
in stock).
* For flat / apartment deliveries we can deliver to the 1st floor at no extra charge. There is an additional £10 per floor there after.
* Goods must be checked and signed for on delivery once happy.
* There is an extra £20 delivery charge for the following postcodes: PL,
TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, PO, SO, BN, TN, CT, NR, IP,
FK, KY, PA. Extra £30 for PH, DD. This
service is not available if you live in AB, IV, KW, TR or any non
mainland postcodes
Further information option 2:
* Your sofas will arrive at your doorstep within 2/3 working days.
* The sofas will be on a pallet so it would be the customers
responsibility to deal with the package at kerbside.
* Customer must call us before ordering to ensure the item is in stock
and suitable for pallet delivery.
* Pallet will be sent via 3rd party courier service to UK, Ireland &
Europe.
* We would recommend that you do not unwrap the sofas until they are
safely into your room of choice.
* International customers will only be able to use this delivery service
