Standard Delivery Charge £40
We offer 2 delivery options:
Option 1 (2 Man Delivery) - Our professional 2 men delivery team will bring the sofa into the ground floor room of your choice and assemble the sofa where necessary. There is an extra £20 delivery charge for the following postcodes:TA, SO, PO, BN, TN & KY. 2 Man delivery is not available if you live in TR, PL, TQ, EX, DT, BH, SA, AB, IV, KW, FK, PH, PA, DD, IP, NR & CT or any non mainland postcodes. For these areas call us for a quote or see option 2 below.
Option 2 (Pallet Delivery) - Need you sofas fast? - We also offer a kerbside pallet delivery option, on certain sofas, which means we can get your sofas delivered to your door step within 2-4 working days (SUBJECT TO STOCK). Call us on 0844 736 1445 for further information and cost before ordering on-line.
Further information option 1:
* The delivery lead time on sofa model / colour is shown on the product information page. We deliver the total order together in one delivery.
* We will contact you within this time scale to give you at least 24 hours notice of the delivery and provide you with a 2 hour delivery window slot.
* On the day of delivery please ensure the room and passage way are clear and ready for your new sofas.
* You can collect from our warehouse free of charge (make sure item is in stock).
* For flat / apartment deliveries we can deliver to the 1st floor at no extra cost. There is an extra £10 per floor charge there after.
* Goods must be checked and signed for on delivery once happy. It is customer's responsibility to ensure goods received are in perfect condition as once item has been signed for we can only be responsible for manufacturer's faults.
* If customer refuses delivery then the 15 working days delivery time-scale will start again from the date delivery was refused.
*If your sofa does not fit in to your property we will take it back with us however delivery fees are non refundable and there will be a £40 returns fee.
Further information option 2:
* Your sofas will arrive at your doorstep within 2-4 working days (subject to stock).
* The sofas will be on a pallet so it would be the customers responsibility to deal with the package at kerbside.
* Customer must call us before ordering to ensure the item is in stock and suitable for pallet delivery.
* Pallet will be sent via 3rd party courier service to UK, Ireland & Europe.
* We would recommend that you do not unwrap the sofas until they are safely into your room of choice.
* Goods must be checked and signed for on delivery once happy. It is customer's responsibility to ensure goods received are in perfect condition as once item has been signed for we can only be responsible for manufacturer's faults.
* Non mainland UK and International customers will only be able to use this delivery service
